Very cool chip and mostly open-source! (Linux cores, Manycore accelerator fabric, bsg_tag, high-speed DDR I/O links, all-digital LPDDR controller, all-digital clock generator / DLL). Fantastic collaboration, with tons of insights into the open-source/academic <-> industry loop (not pipeline!). The 0->1 ASIC is a huge hurdle for any company and this is an amazing start... The MaXSDR SoC™ is an integrated Software Defined Radio (SDR) System-on-Chip (SoC). The MaXSDR SoC™ achieves significant performance improvement over traditional SDR approaches by co-integrating a state-of-the-art RF transceiver with vast digital compute resources on a single silicon die. It takes a village to develop a product from start to completion. Thank you to our Technical Staff for their time and effort during the process: Paul Thielmann, Dan Petrisko, Alex Lee, Nick Presnell, Edward Falcon, Brandon Beresini, Nate Wise, Mohammad Hadian, Tuan Do, Emily Wurst, Eduardo Cadena-Perales, Daniel Mejia, Cuong Vu and our San Diego Managing Director Houman Ghajari. Check out this customer presentation by Teradyne at U2U North America, in which Michael Panis, Senior Systems Engineer, explains ATE Testing of the Streaming Scan Network on Teradyne's UltraFLEX platform. Michael provides the user with a starting point to understand SSN and key differences in use cases. Tessent Streaming Scan Network includes methodology for generating ATPG and diagnosis. Once integrated in devices, SSN reduces scan test data volume and allows efficient parallel testing of multiple cores. It enables the designer to lower risk and development in ATPG scan testing. SSN is a bus distribution network along with local IP) blocks that generate DFT signals. These signals streamline data distribution in the designs. Watch the full presentation to learn more. https://sie.ag/4wdn4w #TessentSSN #TessentStreamingScanNetwork #DFTMarketLEader #Tessent
