Bad Habits Most forklift operators are professional and maintain the high standard of driving skills they learnt when they first obtained their High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) to drive a LF class forklift. Unfortunately, some times the rush to get work done takes precedence and corners may be cut. In other words, bad habits creep in. If left un-noticed, a culture of dangerous practice can develop and become the 'norm' through out the business leading to possible injury, death or damage. It's a good idea for employers to arrange a Verification of Competence (VOC) annually for forklift drivers to refresh skill levels and demonstrate duty of care being exercised by the employer. A VOC is also a good idea if a driver has been involved in a near miss incident. Gil Deane.

Welfor Rack-- How can the racks and forklifts be selected to reduce collisions(5/5) [email protected], Mobile/Wechat/Whatsapp: +86-19844586978 5.In fact, in addition to the above four points, how to reduce the collision of forklift trucks on drive in rack, the most important thing is that managers put forward requirements, on the one hand, forklift drivers before entering the job, to enhance pre-job training, improve the safety awareness of drivers, on the other hand, the driver after entering the job, to strengthen the examination of forklift drivers. As forklift drivers, they also need to constantly improve their own technical level and safety meaning, in order to fundamentally avoid collision problems.
