Great when businesses step up

Welcome to our new project with Anastasiia Drohomyretska The main goal of our project was to create a website for the already existing Charity Fund "Hands of Friends". The site should make it much easier to interact with the community, attract new and increase existing support and donations. An important task was to systematize and distribute blocks of information - projects, news, tenders, etc. The user should easily navigate the flow of information and simply reach the goal on the site. In addition to receiving donations, another goal of the project is to encourage the cooperation of new donors, partners and volunteers, for whom it is very important to quickly fill out the questionnaire on the website, as well as familiarize yourself with all important documents (statutes, policies, reports, etc.), and therefore have the opportunity it is easy to view them from the site. https://lnkd.in/egwTKrRQ

I am delighted to share that CooperVision and CooperVoice – Employee Forum have completed a two-year partnership and fundraising effort for Southampton Hospitals Charity – Southampton Children Hospital. With ALL our colleagues' generous support from Delta Park, MountPark, and Brunel Way, we raised an impressive £30,000 throughout many the series of events.   The team's dedication to making a difference in the lives of children and their families was recently celebrated in a discreet manner. Representatives from CooperVoice and the Distribution & Packaging Senior Managers Andrew Hinton and Gary Lonsdale presented the cheque to Beth Head of Charity Operations.   This success is a testament to the power of collective action to create positive change and inspire others to join in the spirit of giving. I am proud to be a part of this community of caring individuals who strive to make a difference in the world. With 2024 just around the corner it is traditionally the time to make a New Years Resolution. Have you made yours yet? Why not make 2024 the year to Make a Difference. Making a difference can take many forms from a friendly word with someone (it could be the highlight of their day)through supporting a local community event, either by attending or offering to help, to volunteering time to support a local community group or charity make their difference. If your company gives you volunteering days, make 2024 the year you use them. Offering to share your skills can make a massive difference to community groups and charities. Having people to review business plans, support writing funding bids or become trustees where you can help shape and grow their organisation by using skills you already have or develop some on the journey, all can make that difference.
