One of my first jobs was in Customer service. We lived by NPS and CSAT results, these results were the main success metric and drove everything we did. Later as a trainer it was my role to ensure people knew how to handle enquiries, offer first and second-line support that drove positive results and ensure responses to NPS were followed up (things were less automated back then) Now (many) years later I often help people to create these kinds of surveys, and look at how they should be implemented, automated and followed up without too many manual interactions, and it's still one of my favourite things to do because it does make a huge difference. There are many tools available, I have used Google Forms, Survey Monkey, Typeform and Mailchimp over the years (to name a few) and you won't be surprised to hear that HubSpot supports this feature and I love it! HubSpot surveys link directly to your CRM, marrying survey responses with detailed customer profiles. This integration offers a panoramic view of each customer's feedback within their journey, enabling targeted (and automated) follow-ups. I can't stress enough how important follow-up is when sending out surveys, if you aren't going to follow up, please just stop and don't send the survey you will do more hard than good. I also love automation, if there is a way to make things easier, I am on board so, by using HubSpot as your survey platform you can trigger the right survey at the perfect moment based on customer interactions, which ensures higher engagement and more relevant feedback. #HubSpot #CustomerFeedback #CRM #BusinessGrowth #SurveyTypes
