*You can't imagine What happened* It was a typical Tuesday morning at Sterling Tech, and Sarah's routine was set: coffee, emails, meetings. But today, something felt different. The office was unusually quiet, and a buzz of whispers filled the air. At 10 a.m., an unexpected email popped up in her inbox from the CEO. "Urgent All-Staff Meeting at 11 a.m. Attendance Mandatory." Sarah's mind raced. Was the company in trouble? Were there going to be layoffs? The tension was palpable as everyone filed into the large conference room. Colleagues exchanged anxious glances, their faces reflecting Sarah's own worries. The CEO, Mr. Reynolds, stood at the front, looking unusually serious. "I know you're all wondering why I've called this meeting," he began. The room was silent, hanging on his every word. "Today, we face a critical moment in our company's history." "Congratulations, Sarah. You are our new Vice President of Operations," Mr. Reynolds announced with a smile. Applause erupted, and Sarah felt a wave of relief and pride.
