💡 What have you done recently to open up a different perspective? 💡 How have you stretched yourself lately? Travel does this for me 🌏 - unlocks new perspectives, ways of being, and forces me to stretch my comfort zone. I’m currently in Asia for a client workshop and took some time to visit friends in Bali, Indonesia. Compared to my “normal”, this came with incredible new smells and flavors, unique ways of spending time, different priorities, even alternative transportation (see picture from the back of a motorbike). 🏍️🍛🏝️ It’s given me reason to pause and reflect on my own life - how I spend my time, what are my priorities, how do I move? ✨ New perspective increases awareness ✨ 💪 The more we stretch the limits of our comfort zone, the more we learn about ourselves, create new possibilities and strengthen our capacity for resilience. There is so much to gain in opening up to new perspectives. 💡 So, what is one thing you can do this week to push yourself in a new way? (Hint: you don’t have to go to Bali 😉)

My last day in Bali has me feeling reflective. People often say I'm lucky to work and travel, but the truth is, this is the life I've intentionally built over the past 5 years. Purposeful, focused work – that's my secret. Sure, some call it the "trader's life," but I'm just grinding like anyone else. There's no magic, just consistent effort. Bali isn't just about beaches for me. Southeast Asia shifts my mindset. I've been spending 4-5 hours first thing in the morning on me, then work. DRASTIC difference. This trip has taught me: 1. To question the need for constant hustle. 2. The value of continuous learning (even for those with experience). 3. The importance of stepping outside my comfort zone. 4. My life in Bali is so different than what most people even realise The expected stuff: - mid-day surf breaks - work wherever I want - travel when I want - sunsets with friends - jungle adventures The unexpected stuff… - barely a concept of week/weekend bc your friends are always doing fun stuff. Most people don't even know what day it is when you ask. Not joking. - barely any of your friends stay up late because they prefer maximising day to night life and most things you do are built around this - estatic dances in the morning are the norm instead of bars & clubs at night. The whole idea is there is 0 substances and you just unleash and dance as wild as you can without caring. - I live in one of the most beautiful nature places in the world but have more activities & friends than when I lived in NYC. - everyone is super open here. the community is small but tight and you bump into people you know and meet new people you immediately click with all the time. - This isn't just a matter of living in Bali. This is a matter of living in a community where the people are focused on improving themselves & embody that success is more than the material.
