Partner Spotlight! Coach Ky, of Ky Transformations. We were thrilled to bring Kyle into the ScaleFit Partnership. Although Kyle had attempted Online coaching a few times previously, most notably during COVID, he’d never seen it as a viable option over in-person due to challenges acquiring clients, and building the systems to support him. Firstly we moved Kyle away from a “Fat Loss Coach For Busy Professionals”, and aimed our sights at everyone in the Private Equity market. More specific messaging allowed us to really target events and acquisition channels (Spotify Podcasts proved most effective) for client acquisition. And with the bonus of building a highly valuable networking community for his clients – business exploded. $340K Revenue in Year 1 for his business is hardly anything to sneeze at. But we feel most excited by his niche and positioning. Kyle is quickly carving out a corner of the market and building his valuable community which will serve him for years to come. He’s charging $6,000 for his 4-month package, which in part also helps target only the right customers. And with his clients starting to actively pursue opportunities with each other, word is spreading in his small but lucrative niche.

Take a cue from Toinon Georget! 4️⃣ Unlock Two-Points Magic: Outbrain's research shows a 9% click-through rate increase with the strategic use of colons. Navigating the path to $500k-$1m can feel like a maze with countless strategies: webinars, funnels, launches, live events, online courses, hiring teams, podcasts, YouTube Pinterest, and the list goes on. Opinions on the "right" or "wrong" way to scale are endless. At our core, we're all about teaching a strategy that’s aligned with YOU AND your business. That's our jam. In our programs, when peeps commit to the process and do the work, IT works! Here's the deal: There's no universal "right" or "wrong" way to scale. However, the method you choose profoundly impacts your day-to-day experience and how long and hard you work (and how quickly you hit your goals). Leaders often turn to us when they're exhausted, having tried everything else. "One more thing" seems painful and impossible from an energy standpoint. But if you're eyeing those $500k-$1m revenue goals and beyond... Discovering the "right way" to scale for YOU is essential. It doesn't matter how many times you've tried before. When I talk about our scaling method aligning with your strategy, it's not claiming our way is better, just a distinct difference… cutting through a lot of the noise. I say this confidently, having been around the block, coaching for almost a decade, and having practically done it all myself. And all of those methods work. All of those strategies work for some people some of the time. But it’s like throwing spaghetti against a wall and seeing if it sticks. When how we really want to be spending our time is doing our MAGIC. Maybe you're ready for something a bit different… To scale in a way that serves YOU, working with your Highest Level CLIENTS, and creates the LIFE you envision? That's why we work with change-making leaders already making 6-multi 6 figures ready for a simplified way to scale. Our goal: $500k-$1m (most in PROFIT) using marketing systems that work for YOU. Shave hours off your workweek, take aligned action, and watch the needle move WITHOUT the GRIND. Sound good? Im opening a few spots for leaders ready to scale THIS YEAR! DM me to let us know you’d like to be considered. #BestAdvice #success #businesscoach #entrepreneur #businessowner

The first thing you should do when scaling to 7-figures... I was recently on a podcast, and the panel was talking about scaling businesses. We all agreed, business ownership is hard, no doubt. In the beginning you're really fighting for proof of concept. Sometimes you're just trying to prove to yourself that you're not crazy! In the early years of your business you can afford to be a little sloppy. As a matter of fact, you probably should be, because you might find the magic in the strangest places. Ever heard the saying, "What got you here won't get you there?" It's 100% true when it comes to growing your business to 7 figure revenues. The first thing you should do to get there is take a deep breath and do an analysis: -> Who are we selling to? -> Which sales are the most profitable? -> What things are we doing that are wearing us out? -> Why do people say they buy from us? -> Is that why we thought they were buying from us? With data in hand, now you can build some (perhaps missing) pieces: -> Your marketing plan should be a love letter to your perfect customer. -> Don't just create content for the sake of, everything you do should be valuable to your audience. -> Consistency wins every time when the value is there. Consistent valuable posts, consistent valuable emails, consistently informative blogs... -> Your sales team and your marketing team should be saying the same thing. Alignment is important. -> People buy from companies they KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST. Marketing sets the stage, but sales brings it home. -> Your sales team should be super clear on what you do, and don't do. Every interaction should be consultative (80% listening 20% talking). -> Consistency wins every time (AGAIN). It's true for outreach, follow ups, pitches and proposals. Reaching a 7 Figure milestone isn't by chance. It happens because you build systems you can rely on to get you there. What's your favorite piece of advice for scaling a business? Drop it in the comments and share it with the world! #leadership #entrepreneurship #sales #marketing #levelup
