Reflection:
Farmer assistant: I used to work as a temporary worker at a farm, with the main job being weeding and digging soil. After finishing, I received a comment from my boss that I was often distracted and left work to talk to others (I often receive instructions from the manager and have to repeat them to other Vietnamese workers, so this is legitimate?). I learned a lesson: I should ask about what to do and restrictions before starting, and look for tips on what to do online (until now I knew about Reddit).
Hotel housekeeper: I trained at a small motel. On the third day, the owner told me I was working too slow. At the end of the 5th day, the owner said he would not accept me as an official job because many customers were coming but the speed did not meet the requirements. I really want to argue that first I want to do the process correctly from start to finish, then increase the speed. But in the end I didn't say anything because I did not want to talk back to others.
My brother said that I just need to be quick, let them fix it if it's right or wrong.
What do you think?
