𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞-𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: Sargent is proud to announce the promotion of Matthew Chambers to Small Tools Manager! Matt has been a valued member of the Sargent team since May 2008, contributing 16 years of expertise to the industry. In his new role, Matt will oversee the distribution, maintenance, and service of our small tools and equipment, while also assisting with rentals from outside vendors. His primary focus is ensuring our employee-owners have the tools and equipment needed to work safely, effectively, and efficiently. “I’m most looking forward to making sure that our employee-owners have the necessary tools and equipment to successfully complete our projects,” said Matt. Originally from Presque Isle, ME, and raised in Dover, NH, and Orono, ME, Matt holds an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology from CMTC. Before joining Sargent, he worked as a Production Manager at Gagne Precast. His career at Sargent began as a Junior Foreman, and he has since taken on roles as a Foreman and Project Executive.
