I just LOVE working with candidates who are 100% committed to the job they have applied for. Saddo that I am, it just thrills me. A chap wearing a suit and tie for an interview. A chap on his way an hour earlier than needed. The same chap researching the business, following up, asking great questions and providing everything I ask for. From an absolutely selfish perspective, it's so much more rewarding. #cheapthrills #fingerscrossed

I don't want to hear about how much you hate your boss. Complaining about your current or past employer in an interview doesn't help your case—it can actually hurt it. Instead, focus on what you've learned, how you've grown, and what you're looking for in your next role. Positivity and professionalism always make a stronger impression. 🌟 Do you agree? #JobSearchTips #InterviewAdvice #CareerGrowth
