Law firm associate classes often start with 50% women. Yet equity partnerships have a much smaller percentage of women. Only about 22% of equity partners were female in 2020 (per National Association of Women Lawyers). Even law firms with the most women in equity partnerships are just above 30%. The fully remote position will provide coverage primarily over the Weekends. The weekly hours for this role includes a schedule that covers the below days and times.
