And today at The Burgoyne Hotel……. Drum roll please as Si Robson makes his debut on camera! 😂😂😂 New rules! You can’t work for Maison Parfaite - Luxury holiday homes if you’re camera shy! Along with Sean McDermott I think they make a great double act as they showcase the new layout for the Ivelet Suite - previously a hotel room with bathroom, soon to be a 1 bed apartment/family suite that sleeps 4 😊 What do you think? this is Simon. He's a he's doing the joinery work here at the Burgoyne, and I've just noticed the screws in here. He's reusing the Timbers that were already there, but obviously moved them out and put these studs in. That's fantastic. We like a bit of recycling, don't we? Seany. Yes. And save the planet. Save your cash in your wallet as well. That's the Yorkshiremans Way!!! So Simon, you just want to explain the layout of the bathroom for us, please? Yes. So we're gonna obviously this was all one big giant bathroom before the boiler in here. So this now has a stud partition. While across here separating bathroom from kitchen, I'm going to be two doors, one in this corridor here coming into the bathroom and one going into the new kitchen and baths going to go down this side here with the door open. Up against the bath or. Up against the wall. Whichever way it was decided, Sink's gonna be down here and toilets gonna go in the existing first one before a couple of dark going into the eaves there that will be made smaller so it can be used from that side. All moved up over there. That needs to go. Fabulous. And you've cracked on. You've just started this today. Yes, this morning. Yeah. There are a lot of timber dropped off and we're pleased with the size of this kitchen. Yeah, well, originally this was just one massive bathroom in a hotel room. I mean, look at the size of. So this, so now we've got that decent sized bathroom over there and we've got that back wall there's going to be having the kitchen and then we will have a double full size sofa bed here. So this room then becomes a family suite. So we've got and I'll just pop back in here briefly. This is the main bedroom. Huge. Look at them views as well. Fabulous views and luckily doing some work outside there, but they're doing it while We're shut, so that's good. So yeah, that's the that's the main bedroom. So it was just a bedroom and a bathroom. Now it's gonna become a bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchen and a sofa bed and a lovely little dining table. There again, sat in front of that window, that window seat. Do you want to sit on? It Seany? demonstrate. Come on. There you go. You can have a man with a funny hat in your window. How wonderful.
