More high school students are realizing the importance of career prep. We constantly push college prep but career prep is probably more important. I read this great interview with Lorna Bryant in Forbes about the challenges students are feeling. Confidence, costs, and connections are what they're after. #highschool #careers #careerprep #hr

Recruiters often ask for a degree when you have experience, and for experience when you have a degree. They don't always realize that working more than 9 hours a day makes it challenging to pursue a degree, unlike those who can attend all classes and access all resources. I believe experience is more valuable than a degree, which is meaningless without practical knowledge. It's tough to balance both simultaneously. #CareerThoughts #ExperienceMatters
