I always wonder why recruiters mass-post job openings and then fail to respond to candidates who show interest. It can be frustrating, to say the least. After all, the whole point of posting job openings is to find the right candidates for the job, right? So, if you're a recruiter, make sure to take the time to respond to candidates who apply for your job openings, especially if you divert them to your InMails/WhatsApp

Good to hear it from recruiting specialist, so true and so common. Another point: candidate goes through 2-3 interviews, complimented & encouraged after each one, and suddenly, recruiter or company disappear, keep silence, no answer, even negative. Seems some of them forgot that in HR , H means Human
