For years I have worked with nonprofit teams who think top-tier technology, let alone AI, is out of reach, but after crunching the numbers there is GREAT news for nonprofits and any professional team. Here is the math: The numbers in the image below show the results after just ONE month for a small nonprofit team. Nonprofits have historically been technology laggards, and rightfully so. Most technology platforms were sold to them with a large enterprise price tag 🏷️, meaning that only the larger nonprofits had the opportunity to leverage top-tier tech to help them meet their mission. With the advent of #GenerativeAI that obstacle has disappeared.  Now, the development officer, the grants officer, the organization's operations manager, anyone on the team, can get access to one of the most powerful technologies we have witnessed for #free initially and then for as little as $10 - $20 a month on an ongoing basis. If you do the math 🧮 an organization really cannot afford to ignore the technology. At boodleAI the pricing for team members is $14.99 a person per month. Here is the breakdown: Let us say you had 50 people in your organization. That would be $749 a month or ~$9,000 a year. OR with a 10% discount, about $8,000 if you pay for the entire year upfront. $8,000 is about 10% of a person’s $80,000 salary, meaning the organization needs to save at least 208 hours a year to be valuable.
