Now most of you might have finished your summer internship. And must be waiting for that mail of PPO results... I know that In the back of your mind you are always thinking about PPO and you even bore your friends talking about it again and again. 🙂😂 Puri internship me kya kya kiya sb yad aa rha hoga. 👀 I was in your shoes last year and I know this feeling.😂 But you need to know this. You have done your job. Oncampus placements now must have started in your college, focus on them. No matter how much confidence you have on your PPO, don’t stay dependent on that and start preparing for your placements. Just in case you don’t get the PPO, you’ll be at least prepared for facing the placements right? Think of your internship as a 1 placement drive that just happened whose result is yet to declare and prepare for the next coming drive!! See, There are many things that impact your PPO. Some of them include your performance, How efficiently you used your technical and soft skills, manager’s feedback, vacancy for that role in the company and your Luck! So if it meant to be for you, it’ll happen. You have done your job, now do what you are supposed to do now, i.e. the preparation for oncampus placements. All the best and Best of Luck!!
