Through a new partnership with the County of San Diego Park and Recreation Department, the San Diego Community Power team has enjoyed their summer nights at Movies in the Park events in Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, Fallbrook and La Mesa. Each one was a great opportunity to connect with our local communities and share about how Community Power is bringing cleaner energy to the San Diego region. We're pedaling towards a greener future! This weekend, San Diego Community Power joined in on the excitement at the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition's annual Bike the Bay. Our team had a great time biking the Coranado Bay Bridge and celebrating #sustainable transportation.

Our team had a great time at the San Diego Wave Fútbol Club rivalry match on Saturday! It was an opportunity to connect with our local communities and hand out some #sustainable swag to inspire San Diegans to keep our environment clean and green.

San Diego Community Power has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a partner to build an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). The EDP will be built in the public cloud and will allow centralization of data across multiple sources, create data-driven analytics for internal departments and enable descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Insights will be used to help Community Power meet its mission, design innovative customer programs, forecast load, set rates and forecast finances.
