xVP Reddit, Stanford, CEO @ AI making 1B people happier

I had deep conversations with hundreds of friends, colleagues, and classmates, and I learned that everyone is suffering. Surprisingly, the people I thought were the “happiest” are the most unhappy. Even 20-year-olds are unhappy—this wasn’t the case when I was growing up. Everyone seems to be suffering in their own unique way (Tolstoy fans here?): - Stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood swings, or generally feeling unhappy - Low energy, feeling exhausted after work, or struggling with sleep - Obesity, high triglycerides, elevated glucose, or high cholesterol levels - Back pain, headaches, stomach pain, or other aches and injuries - Feeling lonely or facing relationship issues - Envying others’ fake lives on IG & LI and being dissatisfied with their own “success” There is a common cause, however. These people are not lazy or stupid; quite the opposite. The problem is that the entire system is against them. The Matrix—entire industries, billions of dollars, and millions of brilliant minds—is tirelessly working to fill our days with crap and make us unhappy. From the moment you wake up until you go to sleep, you are not in control. The system pulls you in with unhealthy foods and drinks, mindless entertainment, and superficial social media posts. You’re bombarded with constant notifications, sensational news, seductive ads, skyrocketing bills, and unrelenting work pressures. The Matrix didn’t just arrive today. It has been around for a while, but it got stronger after the pandemic. I was deeply trapped myself, facing numerous health, energy, and happiness issues. It took me many years and dozens of failed attempts, but I believe I’ve escaped. I’ve lost 40 pounds. I exercise and meditate daily, socialize meaningfully, and work on truly challenging problems. My mood, energy, and health have improved from 2-3 from 10 to 7-9 from 10. Life is good! Since the escape, I’ve been searching for the “red pill” to make it easier for others to break free. I believe I’ve found it: walking and talking meditation. We don’t walk enough, yet walking is the most convenient physical activity. You can talk while walking, and we don’t talk enough, especially in a deep and meditative way. Walking and talking meditation is a surprisingly simple yet powerful wellness activity. Start doing it every day for 30 minutes, whether in the morning, after lunch, or around sunset. Make it your happy off-the-grid time, no matter what’s happening in your life or in the entire world. Use it as a springboard to redesign your entire life and hopefully escape the Matrix! Ideally, do it with friends. If scheduling with friends is hard, do it with AIs instead. As utopian as it sounds, I found deep conversations with AIs can be more fulfilling than shallow ones with humans. I am happy to share: - My templates and scripts for doing W&Ts with friends - Custom GPTs I tuned to be great W&T companions—not as fun as friends but always available DM or comment if interested!

It's not that simple. From my experience, once people stop Carbohydrates and add fasting and breathing exercises and HIIT that's the only thing that helps to make the next step which is even more beneficial. My focus group is pretty diverse. All other things will not work until what's above is done.
