It was great to catch up with the Smart Works Scotland team today at their latest coffee and connect event in Glasgow! It’s always inspiring to visit their fantastic facility in Merchant City and a great reminder of the vital support they provide to women seeking employment, through their dressing and coaching services. As part of my role at Entrepreneurial Scotland and the Saltire Scholars Programme, I’m determined to ramp up the support we offer to both our scholars and candidates as a referring partner, especially as we start to focus on our 2025 programme! 🩵
