Hey Naukri and other job boards.... Certainly! Adding an "Interview mode" tab on candidates' career preference column with options like Face-to-face, virtual only, or both could greatly enhance the job search experience. It would significantly reduce the flood of unnecessary walk-in or face-to-face interview invitations that candidates receive daily. Moreover, this feature would signal to organizations the growing preference for virtual interviews, especially during initial stages or until the final rounds. It's a practical step towards streamlining the hiring process and adapting to changing preferences in the job market. LinkedIn members, what's your thoughts on this??
