📣Deidra Jones begins as Chamber's new sales manager The Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Deidra Jones has been hired as the new sales manager. Jones brings nearly 25-years of sales and related business experience to the Chamber. Most recently Jones was the deputy treasurer at Buena Vista Charter Township. In her new role, Jones will spearhead the Chamber's efforts to grow membership, as well as provide Members with opportunities to support Chamber events, programming, and publications through sponsorships. She was born and raised in Saginaw and attended Saginaw High School. Jones is currently attending Central Michigan University and plans to graduate later this year. Previously, she attended Delta College. Jones serves at the financial secretary for Jack and Jill of America Great Lakes Bay Region, and volunteers on the NAACP Freedom Fund Committee, as well as at her daughter's school. She also previously served as a volunteer Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce. Jones is married and has a 10-year-old daughter who is involved in dance and an 18-year-old bonus son. Her family attends Victorious Believers Ministries. Jones takes over for Eugene Seals, Jr. who was recently promoted to the role of president and CEO of the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce. Jones is looking forward to getting to know current and future Chamber Members in her role. "I’m a people person and I love helping people," she said. "Meeting new people and hearing their story excites me."
