Love this and I’ve loved working with you whilst having my own squiggly career at Sage last year! Your passion for colleagues and Sage as an organisation is apparent in all that you do. My experience last year on secondment as a wellbeing manager enabled me to build new skills, engage with new colleagues and grow muscle of discomfort. It also helped me to see what I love about my role as an EA and having a craft that I enjoy. It was a fantastic development opportunity for me and I’d urge anyone to get out of their comfort zone and take on a squiggly career at some point in their life.
