Murzilli Consulting’s Senior Consultant for Airspace, Marina Estal Muñoz, has joined CANSO’s Complete Air Traffic System (CATS) Global Council Working Area 3 (WA3) group. The CATS Global Council is an independent innovation forum launched by CANSO in 2021 that aims to facilitate collaboration between aviation and aerospace industry leaders to ensure the future of aviation remains adaptable and resilient. It connects more than 80 aviation and aerospace organisations as they work together with the combined goal of creating a combined crewed and uncrewed airspace by 2045. Today EUREKA SESAR3 Fast Track project presented comprehensive range of solutions to the Federal Aviation Administration in the USA. We discussed each aspect of our project, emphasizing Solution 3, which addresses emergency and disruption management at vertiports. Discussion Highlights: - Full Spectrum of Solutions: We showcased how each solution contributes to advancing Innovative Air Mobility (IAM), ensuring every aspect of operation is covered. - Focus on Emergency Management: Special attention was given to our strategies for managing emergencies and disruptions, crucial for maintaining safety and efficiency at vertiports. - Engagement with FAA Experts: The discussion with FAA officials provided valuable insights that will guide the refinement of our approaches. It's time to introduce the next partner of the FCA project: 🛫 ENAIRE, Spain's Air Navigation Service Provider, joins the team in the SESAR 3 FCA (Flight Centric ATC) project! 📈 Leveraging its expertise as an ANSP, ENAIRE will contribute with invaluable insights to shaping the project in line with the sector's interests. 💼 In this journey, ENAIRE will actively participate in a crucial initiative: the study of the implementation of FCA in a relevant part of the Spanish airspace.   It will contribute with its knowledge in the development of validation exercises and by providing the necessary control resources for real-time simulations, facilitating the validation and refinement of the future FCA architecture. 🤝 We're thrilled to be part of this collaborative journey, with ENAIRE dedicated to the study of Flight Centric ATC (FCA) for a more innovative and efficient aviation future.   👉 About #ENAIRE: as a company of the Ministry of Sustainable Transport and Mobility, ENAIRE provides en route control services for all flights and overflights from five control centres in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Gran Canaria and Palma, as well as approach services to every airport in the country.
