Not sure what all the tools are for in the photo. All you would need is a tension wrench and a ball rake (and yes, I know how to pick locks, and I taught my youngest son, and he's better than me now - so I just ask him to do it). Invest in a battery-operated vibratory pick, or lock pick gun on Amazon. Most pin and tumbler locks open in under 10 seconds. You'll soon discover that; 1) most locks are crap, and 2) better manufactured locks are oftentimes easier to pick that cheaper locks with more play in the pin tolerances, and, 3) locks are only meant to slow people down (and keep honest people honest).
A locksmith recently charged me $250 to open my door. He was there for 5 minutes. I thought $250 for a few minutes works was expensive. Then I came to work and had a customer tell me my fee was too high because I filled his role within 48 hours. When I explained why my fee is what it is I realised that the lock smiths fee was also fair. I wasn't paying for the locksmiths time, I was paying for his expertise. I was paying for the fact that he had years and years of experience. I was paying because he had the skills and the tools to do the thing that I couldn't do. I was paying because he he answered my call and was able to open my door within an hour. All of a sudden $250 seemed fair. ------------ "My fee isn't based on the time that it takes me to fill this role for you. It's based on the 10 years of meaningful networking that I have done that has led me to be able to deliver on this for you quickly."

Semi-Retired Construction Manager. Actively serving clients with Contract Project Management services.
This is certainly an interesting way to look at some ones worth based on the skills and tools they possess to do things you are not trained to do. Know your worth and the worth of others.
