What a memorable day on Friday. It was filled with an electrical atmosphere. First, thank you to the Bezos Earth Fund for funding NC State University to create the first Bezos Center for Sustainable Protein. Special thanks to our speakers that day - everybody’s speeches were very impactful. Finally my co-director, Rohan Shirwaiker and I have not only built a great working relationship over the past 18 months but also a personal friendship. Congratulations Rohan on being named the Chief Technical Officer. I’m looking forward to being the Chief Operating Officer to get the Center started!
