I brew a Chemex *every* morning. But that doesn’t mean I know coffee deeply. Reading the Dave Eggers book "The Monk of Mokha," a harrowing (true) story about Yemeni coffee, has been a knowledge boost and catalyst to seek more. The timing, then, of an email/blog series by Counter Culture Coffee is 👌. Their fun illustrations and enticing copy make it easy to jump from my inbox to full posts like: Why do farmers grow different coffee varieties? Who’s feeding your interests with solid educational content?

Not as active on LI, but I've really been enjoying the series that Life Time Inc. puts out - Call of a Life Time - that follows elite MTB and gravel cyclists around the Life Time Grand Prix series (seven events). Lots of deep dives into what it takes to be at that level. From training, to travel, to nutrition, to race day. Fascinating stuff.
