President @Grid151 | Innovating and creating for the title insurance industry.

In the Title Insurance industry, we have an important story to tell - one that reaches beyond any individual transaction and deeply impacts consumers’ peace of mind. Those who work with us tend to tell this story themselves. Whether that story gets transmitted through realtors, lenders, or personal referrals, folks in the title insurance industry rely on word of mouth to build our reputation. But it’s time we take charge of our narrative. Unlike other industries that lean on Net Promoter Scores (NPS), we have something even more powerful: The trust and reputation we’ve built through our partnerships. Realtors and lenders trust us to deliver, and that trust is passed on to consumers. By the time a consumer meets us, they already have a preconceived idea of what their relationship with us will be like. And while we may only have a few days to make a lasting impression, we can still have a significant impact. Imagine if we proactively shared our value directly with consumers (and regulators). We have the opportunity to highlight the crucial role we play in securing investments and ensuring smooth transactions. By taking control of our narrative, we can elevate the perception of our industry, build stronger connections, and ensure that our impact is recognized and valued from the very start. It’s time to make our voices heard and demonstrate the value we bring to every transaction.
