Do you have a corporate headshot? Corporate headshot clients are generally look for a certain level of consistency. When a large business with more than 100 staff ask for headshots consistency is quite important. Options have to be reduced otherwise the corporate culture of the business is compromised. Last week I took some 20 or so headshots for a large corporate client. The location and lighting was broadly the same. However there were two differences that we placed in the hands of each member of staff. Can you spot them? 🤔 For the men it was tie or no tie. For all staff the option was to smile or not to smile. When you are photographing staff it is important to allow individuals to make that choice. It says something positive about the culture of the business. Personally, I prefer a smile. Surely it's more approachable and kind. I know some law firms still insist on suits and ties but have noticed over recent years this is changing. Do you have a corporate headshot and do you like it?
