And this is what has been asked for by the #VMware#Channel ecosystem for quite a while. A direct integration into the support and tech lifecycle of the customers, I really we hope this will not only get expanded into #carbonblack but also across the VMware stack soon.

Since Broadcom acquired VMware we have seen a radical reorganisation of the company:
- Eliminating products
- Bundling together what were individual product offerings (without option of customization)
- Hefty price increases of these ‘new product’ packages📈
