I find this Policy Brief by former Secretary-General of OSCE one of the most realistic around. It goes through the scenarios for the conflict. It maps options for de-escalation and confidence-building measures & settlement & security guarantees incl. arms control measures. It goes through potential formats and platforms for larger discussions on European Security Architecture. It boldly ponders aspects for Ukraine’s NATO membership. In my view it provides an excellent basis for the conflict parties to visualize potential processes while considering their alternatives to war.
