Tilt Sensing is an additional safety feature for Users whose joysticks may swing out of their reach. Through the mo-vis Configurator Software you can activate the Tilt parameter of the joystick. As soon as your joystick is tilted at an angle of more than 70°, deflection of the joystick will not be seen as a driving input anymore. When the joystick is tilted at an angle of less than 60°, the joystick will become active again. It makes sense to enable Tilt Sensing when the joystick is mounted on a swing away arm which such as a tray which flips up, a Power chin boom which swings vertically over the user's head or a chin control harness which may be removed and dropped on its side. The Configurator Software also allows you to adjust the angle at which the joystick will become inactive to 09, 70° or 180° depending on the mounting orientation

"Why are my images not online on the same day?" Every GM has encountered this issue at least once. Below is a breakdown of all possible delays you might face at an average dealership: I. Mobile App Delays: 1. Often, cars are uploaded at the end of the day due to lack of internet. 2. A '0' recognized as 'O' in VIN can prevent cars from matching between the vendor system and the DMS. 3. Phone battery dying before all images are uploaded II. Vendor System Delays: 1. The car is photographed before it is added to the DMS. 2. Manual Background Removal: This process takes 24-48 hours to generate final images. 3. Server Traffic: Non-scalable vendor architecture can slow down during peak hours. III. DMS Delays: 1. Permission Issues: Someone on your team messed up image feed settings in DMS. 2. DMS uses FTP crawling for images, which is prone to skipping VINs on the first image push, adding a few hours of delay. 3. Sub-optimal Settings: The image sync cycle is set to every 6+ hours. IV. Website Issues: 1. Incorrect Image Import Settings 2. Slow Refresh Cycle between the DMS and the website. 3. Missing approvals for multiple rooftops at one physical auto plaza. Simple fixes like: - charging the phone within Wi-Fi range, - requesting a faster DMS refresh setting, - and opting for automated background removal can easily shave off at least a few hours from the delay.
