Community, this is an interesting article that is worth the read. In my approach to accelerating awareness and changing culture, I often talk about meeting people where they are. It doesn't mean changing your belief system. Instead, it means delivering a message that doesn't insist on being right -- it means delivering a message that can be received by the person you are engaging with. In my view, that is the sticking point about DEI right now. It is still very much a message that needs to be delivered.
