Our Health Tech journey at SeamlessMD has been full of failures: → Our first hospital pilot had just 17% patient adoption → Changed our company name because too many people - including my co-founder - couldn’t say it properly → Couldn’t convince a VC investor to lead our seed round → Churned our 1st US customer because we sold the product without getting clinician buy-in (and by then it was too late) → Bounced around in research study and grant project purgatory for many years → Signed wrong-fit customers because we were desperate to work with anyone (of course it was more work than we expected and of course they eventually churned) → Wasted countless hours on stuff that didn’t matter (e.g. a town hall debate over whether a healthcare company should provide “unhealthy snacks” in the office… yes this actually happened) And yet… we’re still here. We are living proof that you can make tons of mistakes in Health Tech and still survive. Just get a little better each day. And never give up. #digitalhealth #healthcareinnovation
