Over the last 2 years I've applied for over 100 different roles. As a conservative estimate, at least 70% have required either manual entry of work history (after I've uploaded my CV) or have done such a bad job of extracting info from my CV that I have needed to undertake a wholesale editing of every work history to make the extraction correct.

Oh yes, there are still a lot of platforms who are unable to retrieve the data from the resume and ask one to write them manually.🫣
