When you hire a new provider, follow a roadmap that's both realistic AND safe. 🙌🏻 I've seen methods that are safe but not realistic, and I've also seen some that are realistic but not safe. It's got to be both, though. What we've found that works really well is this: ➡️ Train the new providers full-time solely on Botox and LHR for 3-4 weeks. Have these be the only two services they do for their first 3–5 months. ➡️ After 3-5 months, slowly add in more and more services (microneedling, RF microneedling, etc.) ➡️ Slowly add in filler around the 6–9 month mark.
