Aimed at forging a profound connection with the desert landscape, RMJM Dubai’s Desert Resort project provides guests with a unique opportunity to truly appreciate their surroundings. Nestled between a striking dune and a sabkha, our project is strategically located to take advantage of natural shading and breathtaking views. A well-planned settlement features square buildings, tranquil courtyards, and pedestrian-friendly pathways, fostering a sense of community among residents and visitors alike. In this environment, staff members serve as hosts, enriching the guest experience and promoting meaningful interactions. The design integrates natural materials reshaped into modern forms, reinterpreting traditional structures for contemporary use. Inspired by the Najran Tower, our central courtyard invites relaxation, while the falaj irrigation system evolves into an expansive pool, all framed by expertly constructed thick walls adorned with artistic touches.
