Rock Entertainment Group has made a commitment to being transformative LEADers in sports and entertainment on the court and the ice and in the community. One thing that unites us is the belief that ALL team members – no matter their background, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or gender expression – are welcome here, and THAT is leading with love. The design inspiration for "LEAD WITH LOVE" stemmed from the 2023-24 season’s Pride Night collection. We wanted the design to be bright and colorful, implementing the colors of the progressive flag, but incorporating fun shapes, like a basketball and a hockey puck to represent the Cavs, Monsters, and Charge. The message is fairly simple. Be kind. Before making judgments, choose compassion and respect. Everyone has a story, strengths, weaknesses, emotions, highs and lows - we are all human! Connections start from the heart. LEAD WITH LOVE.
