We are delighted that our high-rise mixed-use project Yvie, situated in Amsterdam North, has now reached its final stages, with the Residential Section being fully occupied in August, and Hotel and Extended Stay operators both now making their preparations for opening! This achievement has come after over four and half years of dedication and effort on the project by the Rizzani de Eccher design & construct team, working closely with our customer Union Investments, through COVID and more recently the market effects of the Ukraine War. Thank you all for such great work! Thank you also to our customer, project stakeholders including Gemeente Amsterdam and our loyal supply chain for all the support. We now look forward to the final grand opening and Yvie becoming an icon of the Amsterdam skyline.

Our journey started long before the EOI, developed through the ECI tender phase and culminated as part of the delivery phase through design, engineering, procurement and construction phases. We are very proud to have been part of, and positively contributed to, this unbelievably outstanding project, and to have placed a part of our Italian culture and technical know-how into this unique landmark bridge.
