As part of celebrating Neurodiversity week we want to share the stories of two of our employees about their own personal journey with Neurodiversity and how they are impacted by it in their day to day life. Both Aimee and Liam's stories talk about how they have recently entered the workplace, their advice to other Neurodivergent individuals but also to employers on how they can best support those who are Neurodiverse and what needs to be considered. As a business we have invested in the development of our Managers as a starting point to understand more about Neurodiversity, how it impacts people, how no two individuals are the same, how different people-centred approaches and tailored strategies are required to support each person so that we can harness the strengths and talents of neurodivergent individuals and truly help them to thrive and flourish.
