WWF-UK, National Trust and RSPB have combined forces to support workers at all businesses to take the steps to make #nature part of everyday thinking, discussion. and decision making. Developed alongside employees and managers across a range of firms and industries, Nature’s Workforce provides a suite of resources including a detailed step-by-step guide on how to start conversations at work on ways businesses can help support #naturepositive outcomes. Its core five steps are: 📚Learn about business and nature - Understanding how your business depends and impacts on nature. ❓Ask the right questions- discover five areas you can make a different in your workplace. 👫Collaborate with Collegues - Find out how to engage your collegues in the discussion. 🗣️Hold the Conversation- Get started no matter how much time you have. 🎬Turn talk into Action - Take the first steps and spread the message about your work. You don’t need to be a nature expert or know all the answers to get involved. You only need to be curious, open, and willing to get the conversation going! How do we keep people productive as they age? That's the excellent question Scott Galloway talked about in his most recent interview with Andrew J Scott. People are living longer and that means there isn't just a cost for the people getting older (i.e. they need a paycheck), but there is a broader societal cost in paying for people who are denied the opportunity to stay productive.
