Meet Tshepo Moloi, a true example of perseverance and seizing opportunities. In 2009, he embarked on the Letsema Learnership journey, sparking his growth and development. Despite challenges, Tshepo earned a formal qualification in Banking Services Advice NQF 5 and gained valuable hands-on experience. Though not securing a permanent role at Standard Bank, he found success at ABSA, rising to a managerial position by 2019. Today, as a Branch Manager, Tshepo continues to excel, thanking Bank Seta for opening doors to his success. [𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝘾𝘼'𝙨 𝙒𝙖𝙮] 1st of February 2024 was the first meeting of BCA Future Talent with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). We were given a welcoming speech by Mr. Yonathan as the Senior Vice President of HCM BCA, and some sharing sessions with Kak Tasya as the previous batch of BCA Future Talent.  “Unity in Diversity” was the first phrase that came to my mind when I joined the second meeting of BCA Future Talent last Thursday, 22nd of February 2024. Why so? Gracia Nurmalika also known as Kak Echi was the speaker for the previous meeting. Kak Echi gave us so many insights about BCA’s Value itself. During the meeting, I was opened up by how BCA’s corporate cultures can unite an organization's diversity. Corporate culture needs to be a bridge between differences (such as ethnicity, culture, etc.) and help an organization to unify assumptions. When a corporate culture is effective, it can help to create a more productive, innovative, and successful workplace. As a BCA Future Talent, It has become our obligation to start learning and applying BCA values in our daily activities. These values include Customer Focus, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Pursuit of Excellence. This meeting trained me to be a better person, about how I should behave in working individually and in an organization. A small action that I started to do was on my college group project. I started to take initiative action based on what I learned about BCA’s Value. Open up to other people's opinions, establish attitudes of integrity to influence others, and always strive to get the best results. Also, always maintain a work-life balance! ;) I feel very delighted with the overall event and can’t wait to see what’s coming on next.
