Hot off the press - Rex is pleased to announce its Boeing 737NG Full Flight Simulator has received certification from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and is now ready for use! ✈️ The Level D #Simulator can be configured for 737-700 & 737-800 variants and is approved for Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT). Rex constructed its own purpose-built simulator centre next to Rex Head Office at Mascot, Sydney. “It is pleasing to see the Full Flight Simulator being commissioned on schedule in its new location and flying better than before due to new hydraulic and electrical components installed,” said Rex General Manager of Flight Operations & Chief Pilot, Paul Fisher. “This is an important milestone in supporting the growth of our 737 fleet and clearly demonstrates the commitment of the Rex Board and Management to safety by investing in this critical piece of #training infrastructure.” Read the press release https://lnkd.in/gB-wvup5 #rexairlines #ourheartisinthecountry #pilot #mediarelease #aviation
Well done Rex. Moving and Re certifying a Sim is no small feat. Although expensive, it is great to see the value the Rex board place in proper investment in Flight Crew training.
Looks fantastic in it’s new Home.
Congratulations Rex! Truly a breath of fresh air in our aviation industry. Your customer service is outstanding and I personally love every trip I fly with you! Onwards and upwards. Hoping one day your 737 fleet will bridge east and west coasts.
