🌟 Highlighting “Pilot Project for Audience Diversification in Contemporary Jazz”, organised by Assejazz! This project consists of the creation of a European programme for the exchange of jazz proposals through collaboration with 3 entities similar to Assejazz, dedicated to the dissemination and internationalisation of this musical genre! Since 1987 we we have undertaken thousands of noise surveys from background noise levels through to music festivals. Its always good to get the opportunity to measure something a little bit different and recently we undertook some noise measurements of Helicopters to inform the noise assessment and control measures for a Helipad within the grounds of one of our clients homes. When assessing noise on the sensitive receivers it is crucial to understand the operational noise level of the proposed noise source. This typically involves multiple measurements at varying distances, locations and operating conditions of the source in question. Utilising this data we can accurately model the noise impact, and provide appropriate mitigation to ensure our advice is accurate and most importantly the noise impact at the residences are suitably controlled Hopefully next time we will get a ride in the Helicopter! #noisecontrol #acousticdesign #soundadvice #acousticconsultants
