A proposed federal bill aims to provide $32.5 million to states for the creation of master plans for aging. This initiative recognizes the upcoming "massive demographic shift" where the population of older adults will surpass that of younger age groups. The grant program will support the development of comprehensive plans to meet the evolving needs of seniors.
