Good leaders come to the office first rather than, expecting others to come before them. They are mostly the last person to leave rather than, expecting others to leave after them. The best leaders don't care about who comes when. They care about results. They care about accountability. They trust their people. If they use a flexible schedule, they also extend it to their team members. They are role models whom everyone wishes to follow. They don't use double-standards by providing special privilege to self, and nothing to others. They love their life and make sure, everyone is having fun while they deliver at work. Cultivating Happiness, not an easy task but is a sure tell sign of a strong leader. Happy doesn't mean loving every minute of the job; it's about finding fulfillment and belonging in a bigger purpose than the Task at hand. Great leaders aren't managers, they're not overseeing tasks or outcomes but engaging in a vision and the input.
