It took me a little longer to reflect and share because so much has been happening - a new role, a workshop in London with a new team, plans for Q4, new clients, and of course, juggling all this as a mom of two girls. 💪 When my colleague asked why I’ve stayed with the same company for so long, it made me pause and reflect on the journey. The truth is, it hasn’t always been easy. But as I look back, I see a journey marked by growth, resilience, and, most importantly, belief. ✨ Belief that I could—even when others doubted. ✨ Belief that I deserved a seat at the table—even when the room was full. To the me of 2016, just starting at Moburst, with dreams and doubts: You’re about to embark on an incredible journey. There will be challenges, but every obstacle will make you stronger. As a Software Innovations Developer in this vibrant team, I dove headfirst into a world of mechatronic wonders, soap and beverage machines like none other.
