I'm never sad when someone criticise Bengaluru constructively. But I feel disheartened when most don't appreciate the positive side. 1. South India's first double decker flyover has opened on silk board. 2. Metro on top of a flyover is definitely something special for India. when something good happens, we pay tax and they build 10 level flyover with that. When there are problems everybody is busy spreading it ? why so much hatredness ? why can't you think this city as yours ? so that you can criticize and appreciate at the same time ? no Indian city is perfect, everyone are living with adjustments. What do you think ? did you ever considered Bengaluru as your city ? Vasanth Bhat

Is the Journey Becoming the Woe? Trains vs. Planes in India My recent adventure through India involved both the iconic Indian Railways and IndiGo flights. Let's just say, it left me wanting more (in the best way possible). IndiGo seems to be nosediving - delays galore, seats that feel like torture devices, and service that's about as warm as a Mumbai winter. Meanwhile, Indian Railways, while undeniably charming, is battling its own demons - delays and maintenance woes that leave you wondering if you'll ever reach your chai stop. ☕ Here's the conspiracy theory brewing in my head: Is the government trying to force us all into the skies and dismantle the massive railway network? Because right now, both options feel like a gamble on a rickety rollercoaster. Hit me with your thoughts, LinkedIn fam! Have you noticed the decline in either service? Is there a future for both, or are we witnessing the slow demise of one for the other? ✈️ What can we do to get both Indian Railways and IndiGo back on track (pun intended)? ️ #IndianTravel #TransportationCrisis #WheresTheChai #letstalkfuture #Indigo #airlines #airindia #airindiaexpress #akasaair #indianrailways #railways #trains #airways

Today, when we're caught in the grip of road traffic, frustration often takes hold. Yet, a moment of peace can be found when we gaze out the window, catching glimpses of the sky. Even though it may be blurred by pollution, the sight of clear blue reminds us of serenity amidst the chaos. However, today the sky is cloaked in air pollution. Yet, let’s not overlook our fortune; we are lucky! Unlike the congested roads below, we find ourselves without air traffic above us, as we increasingly turn to public transport in the air. Things are changing at an astonishing pace. Recently Sarla Aviation has teamed up with Bangalore Airport to launch air taxis. Hope India will soon have this single-person air taxis too !! This progressive shift towards aerial mobility reflects our commitment to sustainable innovation. As we embrace the skies, let us remember: “Sustainability is not a destination but a journey towards a greener future." what are your thoughts? Let’s connect and share insights as we navigate the exciting changes in transportation and sustainability together! #AirTaxi #Aviation #SustainableTransport #FutureOfTransport #Innovation #SmartCities #UrbanMobility #Technology #PublicTransport #IndiaInnovation #CleanAir #Sustainability #FutureOfWork #MobilitySolutions #ChangeMakers

What's exactly wrong with Air India, Spicejet, and Indigo? Just saw Maddy's post on Air India business class. And I could definitely relate. More than half of the flights I took in the last 12 months were "late". Indigo used to be good but here we are! Perhaps, air travel is hardly making sense even if you're looking at a 400 km journey. Trains are equally tricky. Ticketless people may hijack your seats with no help from authorities. Even if you do get your seat, people might pelt stones or derail the train. The last option? Personal cars / Buses. Not sure how immune they are to these issues. What's happening? #India #Transportation #Public

🚧 ** Frequent Traffic Jam Alert: Urgent Need for Administrative Attention To Save Lives ** 🚧 Nitin Gadkari Today, I also experienced a severe traffic jam and it's now a new norm for the past 4+ months on NH 48, especially *Bilaspur under construction fly over* and not sure for how many months a common man has to suffer. The lack of effective traffic management and administrative oversight is causing a lot of trouble to everyone. Despite the scale of the congestion, there was no visible presence of traffic officials or any signs of coordinated response to alleviate the situation. This situation not only affects the daily commute of countless individuals but also poses significant risks to safety and productivity when the entire road passage is full of water with so many potholes. Efficient traffic management and timely administrative intervention are crucial to maintaining smooth and safe roadways. I urge local authorities and *honorable Nitin Gadkari Ji* to review current traffic management strategies here and ensure that adequate measures are in place to address such situations promptly. Effective solutions could include better real-time traffic monitoring, increased visibility of traffic officials, and improved communication with commuters with immediate road construction. Let’s work together to advocate for better infrastructure and management practices that can make our roads safer and more efficient for everyone. #TrafficManagement #PMO #NHAI #UrbanPlanning #PublicSafety #Infrastructure #Commute

#Drones are here! #AirTaxis are coming!! The policy for the new #Airports, #Heliports, #WaterDromes and #Vertiports is quite encouraging, their numbers are going to swell very soon. If anyone will like to define India's pace of technology absorption. the term #ZerotoHero is most adept! Given our historical tardy growth patterns and the sudden shift into top gear might appear to be ambitious or rather boisterous, but the development of new highway, railway and metro networks has shown the appetite for more is almost insatiable here. As it was in case of cellular, the bottom of the pyramid moved directly to smartphones without ever having possessed a landline! The young migrating into a city drive an EV without having rode a bicycle back in the village!! It shall be no surprise that the major population utilising the AirTaxi are the ones in the remotest corners of India, where any form of public transport isn't an option yet! No wonder that our friends in Adibis Secure India are frantically burning the midnight oil to put up #WALAT3M platform just to ensure that the additional traffic in the lower airspace is able to traverse free of route confliction and congestion risks as well as the Avian and Unmanned population in the skies can coexist with commercial aviation. #Aviation #SafeSkies
During the second Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Civil Aviation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made an exciting announcement that air taxis will soon become a reality in India. This advancement in air mobility aims to alleviate traffic congestion in cities and provide a faster mode of transportation for citizens. The Prime Minister expressed his optimism about the future of air taxis in India during the conference. He highlighted the government's efforts in creating a conducive environment for the development and implementation of advanced air mobility solutions. With the recent issuance of airworthiness criteria for vertical take-off and landing aircraft and specifications for vertiports, the groundwork is being laid for the introduction of air taxis. Mr Modi also touched upon the significance of the UDAN scheme in enhancing air connectivity to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The scheme aims to make aviation more inclusive and accessible to a broader segment of the population. By expanding air travel opportunities, the government is paving the way for a network of enhanced connectivity and economic growth. The Prime Minister even proposed the idea of an international Buddhist circuit to further promote regional connectivity through air travel. The Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference brought together key stakeholders from various countries to discuss the future of civil aviation in the region. With representatives from 29 nations in attendance, collaborative efforts toward advancing air mobility were at the forefront of the discussions. Regulatory bodies, industry experts, and government officials shared their insights and ideas on how to leverage technology for the benefit of the aviation sector. As India gears up to introduce air taxis as a mode of transportation, the focus is on ensuring safety, efficiency, and accessibility for all. The adoption of advanced air mobility solutions will not only ease traffic congestion in cities but also revolutionize the way people commute. #startuppedia #pmmodi #aviation #airtaxi

Isn’t it ridiculous to blame everything on PM Narendra Modi ! I believe that AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) really wants some good critique and social media handlers. In the viral video, people could be seen sitting on the airport tarmac, eating and sharing food, while some could be seen using their mobile phones and resting, right next to the IndiGo plane. INDIGO 6E 2195 (Goa to Delhi) was diverted to Mumbai’s chhatrapati shivaji maharaj international airport due to unfavourable weather conditions. As the flight was already significantly delayed in goa, passengers were irate and rushed out of the aircraft as soon as the step ladder was connected, The airport operators in coordination with CISF QRT cordoned off the passengers into a safety zone as passengers refused to get into the airline coach and proceed to the Terminal Building. Passengers were kept under the strict watch of the airline authorities and security until further actions were taken. Meanwhile, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia convened a midnight meeting with ministry officials on the matter, an official statement said. Subsequently, the Bureau of Civil Aviation and Security issued the notice to IndiGo and the airport on Tuesday. The Ministry of Civil Aviation's Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) imposed a fine of ₹1.20 crore on IndiGo over an incident wherein passengers were spotted having food on the tarmac at the Mumbai airport. Besides, a total of ₹90 lakh fine was imposed on Mumbai airport operator Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) over the incident — ₹60 lakh by the BCAS and ₹30 lakh by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). #bjp4india #bjp #politics #india #civilaviation #aviation #delhi #delhincr #aamaadmiparty #inc #congress #realitycheck #aamexposed
