Director of Guest Linen

What a 6 months of trail and error… isn’t that what starting a business is? 😅 I won’t lie, I’ve had a HUGE pile of rejects in the office that I refuse to send out (quality control) due to them being stained and not a good enough quality to use. These items are treated and re-washed. The main problem with this, is that it costs money to re-wash items & treat stains. So, it’s been a process of finding chemicals that work efficiently, ensuring the washes are sized correctly with the drum…. Biggest learning- it takes time! But, it really is so important that all linen is stain free & fresh… the pinicle of the business ⭐️

⭐️ QUALITY⭐️ One of the key principles that we stand by at Guest Linen, is to ensure that all linen sent out is of a high standard & cleaned to a high quality. That means we use good chemicals that treat any stains and leave the linen feeling fresh. Over the last 6 months, we have worked with our supplier to ensure the dosage is correct per wash (see dosing system attached to the wall) alternating the amounts by trial and error. We want any client that joins Guest Linen to be sure that they are receiving quality hired linen and can trust us to serve their guests when they stay in their property.

I agree with you. Running a business has its trials but how you deal with them is what makes you thrive. 😊
