Behind every campaign at Daredevil is a team of Superstars! 🚀✨ Oh, and Brian. He’s our director and spends his days bumbling around the office pretending to do something important, and reminiscing to anyone who will listen about some ‘exciting’ customer site story he wrote in a jungle (or desert, or mountain or deep underground etc) when he was younger. 😊 But he buys the coffees so we let him stay 😊. The rest of us are the real engine of the agency. Aishah, our Senior Account Manager, and moves heaven-and-earth to hit deadlines – and builds lasting client relationships in the process. Genna and Inna, our Senior Account Executives, bring an American/Ukrainian, West-meets-East international flavour to the team , and infuse creativity and a lot of fun into every project. And then there's Amy— who literally does everything else! From social media strategy, photography, videography, graphic design and team snack buying! At Daredevil we're more than just colleagues; we're friends who support, uplift, and celebrate each other. 🤝💼 But – forgive us for being cheesy – it’s also about clients, who are without exception a great bunch. (We don’t call them ‘bunch’ to their faces 😊). We only work for people we like and our relationship is a self reinforcing mutual appreciation society, where both sides of the client-agency dynamic work hard for the other to ensure mutual success. It’s a simple formula for success – so join us! #DaredevilPR #Teamwork #Communication #Friendship #ClientSuccess #PRExcellence

🏀 Celebrating Personal Wins and Building Confidence 🏀 Over the weekend, we witnessed our daughter score her first points in basketball. She’s a great defensive player. Often the youngest in her team, she learned quickly to play to her strengths and be the player to get the ball to her team mates. But she’s also been working really hard on her shooting and has just lacked the confidence to go for a shot mid-game. The last couple of games she has started making a few attempts with the encouragement of her coach and team mates. In the first two minutes of the game, I turned to my husband and said “she’s going to have a great game today. I can tell she’s in the zone”. It was unbelievably thrilling to see her take her first shot and sink it in. And then she followed it up immediately after with another one! She had a great overall game and the girls won 27-4, but that first time achieving something she’s been trying so hard to master - I think that was the highlight for everyone! One of our principles at Mantel Group is “Love what you do and be awesome at it”. This is really key to driving a fantastic learning culture where we have the freedom and ability to continue to master our craft, but also openly share our expertise and knowledge to teach and coach others. It also flows through to how we recognise and acknowledge each other’s attempts, successes and ability to overcome challenges in our weekly shout outs on Slack. It’s amazing what a personal win will do for our confidence and how much that can feed into more and more successes. And it is especially satisfying when our team mates can celebrate our successes with us. If you want to “love what you do and be awesome at it”, check out some of the roles we currently have available and see if there are any that suit your craft. #techcareers #mantelgroup #principles #lovewhatyoudo

Switching careers into the car business can be an exciting adventure, especially if you find success and start making a name for yourself. It sounds like you're experiencing a supportive and friendly environment, with coworkers trying to bond by bringing you treats like YooHoo. This friendly gesture can help ease the transition, making it easier to build relationships and foster teamwork. In this scenario, embracing those small moments—like sharing a drink in the morning—can lead to a positive workplace culture where everyone feels valued. As you excel in your new role, fostering these friendships can be beneficial, not just for camaraderie, but also for collaboration and sharing knowledge in the fast-paced world of car sales. How do you envision building those relationships further #MorganAutoGroup #PhillipsChryslerJeep#PhillipsBuickGMC #HondaOfOcala #NextLevelSales #Audible#MazdaPalmBeach #GaryYeoman

I recently had an amusing and enlightening experience that I'd like to share. One of our riders called me, assuming I was a member of the customer support team at Blitzo. He asked if I could assign him more long-distance orders and even offered to "tip" me for preferential treatment. Imagine his surprise when I revealed that I was the co-founder of the company! 😅 Initially embarrassed, the rider was worried about potential consequences. However, after reassuring him that there would be no negative impact, he's now become one of our most active and reliable riders. This incident taught me a crucial lesson: Transparency and open communication are key to building trust and loyalty. 🔑 By turning an awkward situation into a positive interaction, we strengthened our relationship with this rider. It reminded me of the importance of: 1) Being approachable and understanding 🤝 2) Clearly communicating company values and practices 📢 3) Seeing mistakes as opportunities for growth and connection 🌱 It’s often easy to get caught up in the daily grind and forget the human element of our operations. This experience was a reminder that we're all learning and growing together. 🧠 As a young company, every interaction is an opportunity to improve and build stronger relationships. No one is perfect and that’s why we're committed to creating an environment where open communication thrives and mistakes can lead to positive outcomes. 💬 Sundar Arvind

Marketing Manager | Content Manager | GTM | Master Researcher | Sometimes I'm featured in videos on our website | My name means "little dove" but I liked this emoji better
Why do I tidy up before the cleaner comes? 😅 At first, I'd find it silly: she's here to tidy up and clean. But that is actually not what I would prefer her to do when she comes. I need help cleaning more than I need help tidying up (work + kids = choosing quality time over cleaning time). I am doing it so she can focus on what's most important to me and optimize her time spent. Not so different than briefing your AE before a first call: you tidy up and organize info for your AE, so they can focus on discovery with a solid jumpstart. We want the call to be pleasant for all parties involved and optimized for the AE to stay focused and sharp = listen to the prospect. PS: She is not on LinkedIn but I make sure to let Yana know how much I appreciate her and her work
