Our colleagues Ilse Van Autreve and Evi Thonnon look back on an inspiring #hrdesign conference in Bruges! The overall theme the participants worked around was HR FUSION: how HR explores the fusion of cultures, values and talents that shape the modern workplace. We invited some HR professionals to discuss what leadership looks like in this context. A new perspective or a reshuffle of key basic leadership ingredients?
